I cannot say enough good things about Jim and the team at Turbo Toys. The buying experience was simple and straight forward. Jim warrantied the car I bought, which shows that he stands by their work, and he owns that warranty when something goes wrong. When returning with an issue with my car, he made sure that he examined every possibility to be completely certain that my issue was 100% resolved. Not only did he resolve the issue, he replaced other normal wear items that he identified during the process to ensure the car would have a long and healthy life. Even though Jim’s shop is over an hour and a half away from me, I take it back to him for any service because I know that Jim has my best interests at heart and the work they do there is absolutely top notch. I would trust Jim long before I would trust the dealership. I was also extremely impressed with Jason and his in-depth knowledge of my car. Everyone there has demonstrated a directness and honesty that I truly appreciate, I have no intention of doing business anywhere else.

I highly recommend this place if u like decent cars at a decent price! There was multiple vehicles in my price range. Not a bunch of crazy extra fees like all the other dealers n didn't try to get over on me bc I'm a female. I gave him my max price amount n found a beautiful car a few thousand less. I was a random walkin n they were busy but Jim made time for me. Great customer service, great cars and honest and transparent. I definitely will be getting my next car there and recommend to anyone I know looking for a nice used car and a reasonable price.
