Stopped by at silver star motors on Saturday November 8th and had a really easy and good experience with them . I was greeted and helped by Richard Donoso . He was very professional and knowledgeable and direct which I really appreciated. He had an answer to all my questions if it was either about the car or a question about finance. He was also direct and clear when it came down to the numbers which again I really appreciated because no one wants to find out about hidden fees, after agreeing on a number on the car . Overall again it was a good experience and would be recommend to someone in the market looking for a Mercedes. And ask for Richard you won’t regret it, he’ll take care of you .

Bought my first car here, it ended up being way better than the other cars I seen from other dealerships, they don’t run your credit through all the banks, they accommodated me on any dislikes I had, very reasonable people. I was able to get a new grill on the car half price. I worked with Paul Delgado, perfect salesman, very responsive, patient, & attentive ! He walked me through everything about the car, the functions, what it came with, & how to use the app! Car is still in great condition no problems a year later. Great first car purchase experience!
