10/10 experience, quick in and out service. I came in looking for the car I wanted and left with it in less than two hours fully signed and my car was washed and ready to go for me, my salesman was Jose Diaz and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He was efficient and didn’t beat around the bush or try to up sell me. This location is about 1 hour and 20 minutes from our house but the service just doesn’t come close, there is no ford location we have been too that comes close. Thank you Jose for giving me my dream car for my birthday and having me out of there so quickly, I also would like to thank the sales manager Jesus for exceeding my expectations. We will most definitely be back in the near future for all of our new car and/or Ford needs.

Great customer service !!!! Brought my Truck in for an accident repair. I was connected with there service rep in the body shop where Wendy Pena took very great care went above and beyond with care and great hospitality. Wendy Peña is one of the most knowledgeable worker that I’ve meet in a work environment in a long time. She’s definitely a keeper and keeps you guys company (BodyShop)running smoothly keep up the great work!!!!

I had an excellent experience! The service was extremely informative—far beyond what I received when I originally purchased my truck elsewhere. Alfonso was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain important details that were never previously clarified for me. Thanks to him, I was able to take action before my warranty expired—something I might have missed otherwise. While the service was an investment, it was absolutely necessary, and I’m extremely grateful for the guidance and urgency shown throughout the process. I truly appreciate the expedited and smooth experience and will definitely be returning in the future.
