Monica is a standout and a gem of a saleswoman!! What an amazing experience with these absolute professionals at Orlando Benz! It doesn’t matter if you’re buying used or brand new, they treated me as if I was buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. I showed up a day early and unannounced to pick up our new-to-us car, and they went right to work making sure I got on the road happy. From the staff taking appointments up front, the finance department, the host in the waiting lobby, and even the gentleman detailing all show a great amount of teamwork and dedication to customer service. We will be back for another vehicle purchase in the near future.

I set up an appointment to get my rims replaced with Victor K from the Service department. The process couldn't have gone any smoother from the moment I called to when I arrived. Victor was extremely professional and always responsive. He made sure to return my calls and made it very clear that he wanted to provide a positive experience. On arrival, I was also greeted by Robert from then Valet team who was very hospitable and made sure my car was taken care of properly. I was treated extremely well and beyond pleased with the final result. Most Mercedes dealers can do a decent job any day of the week, but it's the staff that can make or break it. Victor is a standout and Mercedes of South Orlando is a clear winner!

This was my first time buying a car, and I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. I was terrified going into the process, but my salesman, Evan, was incredible. He made me feel comfortable, valued, and completely at ease. He’s truly family-oriented, honest, respectful, and extremely professional. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and when I walked out with my keys, Evan even put a bow on my car—which made the moment feel extra special. He did everything he was supposed to and more. I definitely recommend him. And as a fellow New Yorker, he made the whole experience even better. Amazing experience!
