"I have used the Auto Shipping Group for several years to ship my car back-and-forth between the Midwest and the West Coast. The service is always been flawless. This year was a slight exception, but ended up just fine, inasmuch as the first transporter never return my phone call, the second transporter they gave me, almost immediately, never showed up, but the third transporter worked absolutely perfectly, as I have come to expect from ASG. I recommend them without exception, they are responsive, considerate, reasonably priced and do a very good job. I particularly recommend Kim Freiley at ASG, who has taken great care of my shipping needs for years."

"Recently had my vehicle shipped from Seattle/Tacoma WA to Atlanta GA. The customer service is stellar, they kept continuous contact in reference to delivery and if there were to be a delay. Nicole gave me her cell phone and was always friendly and genuine."

"In the past I had the same route done for a different car, from Texas to California. The driver at the previous company delivered my car early and I wasn't even in the state yet. I had to scramble to get someone from their company to leave it at a yard and then when I landed in Los Angeles, I had to scramble yet again to have someone meet me at the yard and pick up my car. They didn't offer to attempt to re-deliver the vehicle. It took hours to get my car back from the driver and I had to get the cops involved as he did not want to hand over my car. Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY WARY of doing this again. Even with Auto Shipping Group's great reviews, I was still reluctant to go through that process again. I had just been in a bad accident that I was hospitalized for and needed to get another car ASAP, so I the idea of having to ship a car was a bit much to handle. I could not have had a more different experience with Auto Shipping Group. My representative was organized and reassured me that they did business differently. The car was picked up from Texas on time and delivered to my job here in Los Angeles first thing in the morning. Took about 4 days I believe. Trust me when I say that you can trust this company. They know what they are doing and god forbid if I have to do this again, I would choose them without a second thought."
