"Stopped in just to look at the vehicles since we had seen them online and was met by Jeanna, and we started looking at a TRX they on the lot, we started asking more questions about the truck and she asked if we wanted to drive it, and we were hooked, BUT we were leaving on a cruise the next morning. We did some initial paperwork and left out for our cruise. Needless to say, throughout our cruise we were back and forth via the limited connectivity we had on the ship. Worked with Jeanna, Phil, and Zach to move the process along. But since we had not placed a deposit or signed any papers, they sold the vehicle we were looking at. Very quickly Jeanna inquired if we would be interested in other TRX builds they had, which we were and we began the process of making the changes we wanted, to include the complete removal of the OEM black and replaced with Apocalypse Brown Leather. Throughout the ENTIRE process there were daily contact via text or email with updates on the vehicle build and Jeanna was always ready to answer questions or concerns. She made the process easy by being the single point of contact for everything from the interior color selection, designs, financing, and last but not least shipping. We could not have asked for a more professional business and customer service-oriented process. Phil in finance was quick to reply or assist with questions or concerns, even with us being on a cruise ship for 8 days. Can not say enough GREAT things about this company and process, but have to say Jeanna was the single biggest influence on us deciding to drop over 140K on a vehicle we really did not need due to her patience, friendly, and open approach to talking about and understanding the vehicle we were looking at and processes needed to get it in our drive way. Once it arrived, we were completely awe struck by the final product since the process had been entirely online and sight on scene except through the verbal description or text pics Jeanna sent a couple times."
