"12-10-2025- I decided to put this update at the beginning of this review. The dealer and I have agreed on a resolution. I buy the part and they do the install. The install is over two thousand dollars. The part is sixteen hundred dollars, for a remanufactured rear differential, for an all wheel drive vehicle. Not only that, but they spent the money to come up to Ocala nd get the car, 93 miles away. I would say this is going above and beyond. This is an absolutely beautiful immaculate car that I really want to keep. When I get the car back, I will give them five stars. 11-30-2025 This is an update because they sold me a vehicle with a known bad rear differential. I had the car for a week and a friend noticed the clicking noises coming from the rear end so I took it to an auto repair shop and they gave me an estimate for $4,610 to replace the rear differential. I called Lee Auto Group and they said possibly the mechanic was wrong so I took it to another repair shop and they told me the same thing that the rear differential was bad and it would be almost $4,000 to replace it. So now I have a vehicle that I can't drive and I can't repair. I called the finance company and they told me that if I give the car back it's going to be a repossession. What is a guy supposed to do in a situation like this. I don't want to take the credit hit but I can't keep the car or should I say leave the car in the driveway while I pay it off and then end up with something that I can't drive. Then there's the matter of $223 a month for insurance. I'm going to take the tag to the DMV and turn it in and cancel the insurance. I'll take the hit on my credit and I just won't buy a car. It is very hard to buy a used car. The stress, the competition, the choices. I will say though, after chasing a reliable suv for 3 days I settled on the one that Lee Auto Group offered. The process was simple, honest and no pressure. I want to add that the payment was a little bit much. I signed the paperwork anyway. I went back the next day because I had left my motorcycle there. When I got there with the trailer to tow my motorcycle they surprised me with a lower payment and a longer term. This is important to me because I'm trying to buy a house. I didn't want to mess up my income ratios. Thank you again for making this a good deal. Thank you Jonathan for your with buying my SUV."
