"BROADUS was a 5 plus. A wonderful sales rep. He kept my wish list in his mind at all times and call me when a car would come in that he knew would meet my needs. He was not pushy. He was very transparent, and I would highly recommend him. You can return a car after six days with a restocking fee. Mine actually had a little challenge with it so I didn’t keep it. It was small rattle, which may not have bothered anyone else, but it bothered me. Again brought us was very helpful. However it made it very difficult to get out of there with many managers input on trying to get me to keep car. wanting me to keep the car overall I believe they’re very transparent and honest. They were upfront with me, saying telling me that I had to pay $200 for a restocking fee. I did not mind doing that but generous with their test drives as well. They showing up cars and the sales process was easy. The return was not. I wouldn’t let that keep me from dealing with them though.😊"
