"Have seen some great things coming out about the new Armada and decided to reach out to Courtesy Nissan (they had the best selection). I was particularly interested in the Pro-4X, since I was currently in a Land Cruiser. After submitting a web inquiry, Brenda Guillen quickly reached out and began evaluating what I was looking to accomplish. We were able to set an appointment for a test drive and before I even stepped foot in the dealership, she was able to get the bulk of the deal worked up. It made it much easier to show up, already having a good idea of how they would value my trade and my finance/lease options. At the time of the appointment, Brenda had already pulled the Armada around so that we could look at it and take it for a spin. After a successful test drive, we settled on a great finance deal directly through Nissan and finalized our numbers. It really means a lot to have a deal negotiated in a reasonable amount of time, as opposed to past experiences where it can take nearly an hour or more for relatively small adjustments. Javier in finance was also great! After all of the paperwork was done, he took the time to print out and highlight the important information I would need to update my insurance with the new Armada. Lastly, every staff member I came across at the dealership was incredibly friendly. My new Armada is fantastic and Brenda helped make it happen! Thanks all."
