"I haven't been car shopping in 10 years and with my credit being low and not the best, car shopping was stressful. Unlike 10 years ago, one big thing I did was conduct better research. After looking at many dealerships (big major ones and small ones), I came across this one. Now, I have heard that some dealerships off Hillsborough Avenue are shady and don't sell decent quality cars. Car Select however, is not one of them. When I came here, I felt great vibes and good energy from this lot and the staff, especially Lennon. Lennon welcomed me with smiles and a good positive attitude. We test drove this Acura TSX that I loved and with his hard work and due diligence, I was approved! Yes, I had to put more money down, but Lennon made it happen! The next day, the car had a small issue, but they fixed it without ANY complications or any type of hardship. Car is good to go! THAT right there was huge to me because I read other dealerships that gave their new customers such a hard time and not even help! Car Select is different and great, especially Lennon!
