"This is my first experience at the Tallahassee Tesla service center and I am impressed. A new owner came in with a bunch of questions, and Brandon, service advisor at the service desk, was patient and friendly. Some of the things the guy asked about including changing the key fob battery could have cost a lot more here, but Brandon was honest with him and didn’t oversell. He also did not appear offended by me offering advice to the man, and I’m a woman…so that further impressed me. The service was excellent and the price was fair. All I needed was the charge port door replaced following someone detailing my car and damaging it. They got me in and handled the repair professionally and quickly. I will definitely return if I ever need additional service."

"They did a good job overall with the whole job. Everything being controlled in the Tesla app is incredibly convenient, you can't really beat communication and updates in a fashion such as that. Any issues I had after the fact were resolved personally by one of the regional supervisors and he ensured that the issue would never happen again to me. A great time!"

"Besides the fact that my overall experience with Tesla has always been solid, my visit to the Tallahassee Service Center yesterday was, without question, the best service experience I’ve had since becoming an owner in 2021. Brandon, my service advisor, went above and beyond at every step. From the moment I arrived, his communication was clear, professional, and attentive. He not only explained what was being done but made sure I understood timelines and options, and he followed through on every detail without me ever needing to ask twice. Everything from scheduling, to updates, to service delivery was seamless and organized. The level of professionalism, diligence, and genuine care shown by the Tallahassee team made this experience feel far above any I’ve had at other service centers. Highly recommend this service center, and especially Brandon, to any Tesla owner in the region."
