"Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Tallahassee Ford. I was searching the whole east coast for a specific vehicle and trim. I found it listed at Tallahassee Ford. I worked with Ken Hart and he went above and beyond. I completed the deal mostly over text (since I live 12 hrs away in NC) and the whole process was smooth. The vehicle wasn’t currently on the lot when I inquired, but I was kept in the loop the whole time it was transported to the dealer. Ken sent me pictures right away when the vehicle arrived and made sure it was ready to roll when I arrived at the dealer. I drove 12 hrs to pick the truck up and communicated that I wanted to be in and out as fast as possible to be back on the road home, and Ken made that happen. Thank you!"
