"When my 2008 Xterra started acting up, (understandable after 200,000 miles) I made an appointment and took it to Kraft Nissan on Mahan Dr. Everyone there was helpful and personable. They diagnosed in a timely manner and came up with a treatment plan. It needed quite a bit of work. AJ was courteous and patiently explained so I could understand. He was able to make some adjustments to get me the best price on parts and labor. The invoice was written in a clear and consice manner. I was back on the road in 5 days. Thanks!"
