As soon as we pulled up, Ed was walking out to greet us. Within 10 min we were test driving the car we came to look at. Ed was very knowledgeable about the QX80 and all of its features. He was very helpful and patient in showing us ways to customize it. I never felt pressured at all to buy or make a decision.
