Stephen M. in the parts department has exceptional customer service, he immediately assisted me as soon as I came in the door. He addressed my battery issue ASAP, and gave service with a smile. I had to post this from this email because Google wouldn’t allow we to post twice at same location. I had gave another employee there a Google review. Lol

Alvin was terrific to work with! He helped us find the model with accessories we wanted and made the entire transaction very easy. He’s an extremely polite man and generous with his time and was always accessible to questions. Update; We will NEVER buy from this place again. Bought two vehicles in one day and one needed title work out of state. No one told us it would take 6 weeks however in our case we’re working on 4 months!!! The car is useless to us and was purchased for our small company that provides rides to low income people receiving Medicaid. The cars must be MN DOT inspected and this car has literally been sitting for 4 months. A complete waste of money but what does this dealership care, they got their cash! By the way we also bought a new Escalade the same day. They’ve lost us as customers for their inability to be honest or communicate. I’ve called numerous times to be told I’d get a return call but not once has anyone called me back. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They’ll take your money and write you off as a customer for any service. This place is a joke.

This was my first appointment with the service dept and it was phenomenal. From the time I made the appointment, to the confirmation emails, into me walking in the door for my appointment. I was greeted by a very nice lady welcoming me to the service dept. She asked my name and let me know whom my service advisor would be. My service advisor was Mr. George Bell. This guy is what you wish for whenever you're looking for great customer service. George made sure I was checked in and kept me updated through text on everything that was happening with my vehicle. Which I found to be an awesome service they're using to keep the customers updated. I was in and out under 2hours. I'm very happy of the service received and would definitely recommend DEI for all services for Cadillac, and GMC, etc vehicles .
