"Five star experience today at Capital VW, in great part thanks to Junior Perez. In medicine we talk about "patient-centered care." Junior provided "customer-centered care" from start to finish. He was not only knowledgeable but also patient and personable. It was clear that he continues to provide that level of support to his customers long after the sale is final.
