"Justin the mechanic who did extensive work on my ‘24 Model Y was incredibly helpful and explained everything he did perfectly, Raja, Dave, and Sylvester, all went the extra mile to facilitate a smooth repair service and made sure I had a loaner that more than fulfilled my needs while my car had multiple issues. They never stopped working diligently to overcome all the problems the electrical system was having. My husband and I appreciate the excellent experience at Tesla since buying the car new. "Recently had remote service done by Mike M. from the St. Petersburg Service Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He completed the repairs quickly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Mike was clean, friendly, respectful, and extremely professional. If you get Mike and his service Cybertruck, you’re in great hands. Before leaving, he even asked if there was anything else he could help with and went above and beyond by helping me move a few things in my garage since I’ve been limited with lifting. Thank you, Mike, for showing that Tesla truly cares about its owners. Outstanding service from start to finish."

"Mike, a mobile technician in St Pete was AMAZING! I have never seen such customer service. He initially came out to fix my middle seat belt but he did so much more. He removed the back seat, fixed the seat belt and EVEN VACCUUMED all the toys and pieces of candy that fell down the cracks. Then, he inspected the whole car and found things that could be repaired for FREE before my warranty expired (expiring soon, only 5K miles left). We are about to travel across country next month and we appreciate SO MUCH his thoroughness, dedication, and love for his work."
