Okkk...I tell it like it is. If it's bad service or overpriced...I'll say it to the demise of the shop. This Benz shop, Mercedes Expert, Mike Brown and his significant other and tech staff ...great service and work! The price? I was actually...amazed. 2 other shops quoted me 2 times the amount that this shop charged me for the EXACT same work. Second time here and will return again when my car acts up.

I feel compelled to share my excellent experiences I have enjoyed by having my car serviced by “Mercedes Experts“ located in Pompano Beach. They are a family owned business, and you experience a much more personal and custom – tailored treatment at reasonable prices – not the big corporate, impersonal treatment and overpriced services you get at the Mercedes dealerships. The head of Mercedes Experts is the superlative Michael Brown, whose career has excelled to become the most skillful Mercedes auto “fixer” I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He gets the job done perfectly with amazing speed with the support of a highly skilled crew of mechanics. The front desk lady in the office, whom I believe to be Mrs. Brown, is highly efficient, super – polite, super – smart and a pleasure to work with. Another pleasant surprise is the work of their daughter Leslie, highly intelligent with lots of experience. She is a core asset playing a major role in helping to manage the office and interfacing with the customer with the personal touch. It certainly doesn’t hurt that she is also adorable. So don’t get ripped off at the dealership with your Mercedes vehicle. Make an appointment with Mercedes Experts and you’ll be very pleased.

So I was highly recommend to this place , took a ride there ONLY with appointment they will take me which I respect a lot meaning they will NOT over load them selves with walk in ! results my car was done same day and within hours !!!! I am very happy and impressed with there services and more importantly very affordable!! With dealership Quality work ! Big size waiting room with TV and cell phone charging stand ready to use .over all I give them 10 out of 10 . Thank you Mike and fabin his son for best service , made my day ! My front left suspension was leaking, replaced done . By the way big shop enough space between cars and very easy to find .

At 1/4th the cost of the dealership, how can you complain? Had a great experience taking my car there. On time, reliable, and great prices. Drove pretty far out of my way to come here and I’m glad I did. I’ll certainly be coming back the next time I need a service completed.

Michael lives up to his name as a Mercedes Expert. I don't usually want anyone to wrench on my car but was in over my head with a repair that was out of my scope of experience. I shopped the repair with several shops and ultimately picked the Mercedes Expert. Michael successfully performed the repair and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. Thank you Michael and team for keeping an honest and reasonable shop. You are great!
