"Let me start saying that I don’t know why this dealership has only 4.1 stars rating. I went there yesterday to trade my car for a new one and in my experience buying cars let me tell you this people go above and beyond when dealing with customers,from the time I walked in I was greeted by Gonzalo the salesman,then I dealt with Adam ,he is the the manager a super nice guy and then the finance guy Yaro another excellent person who explains everything even the minimum detail about the process,look this is small dealership but I think that’s the reason you’re treated like family .I would not hesitate to return to them in the future to buy another vehicle and I also would recommend to anyone in the market for a car to go there,they will make the purchase process easy for you. "I had a great experience at this Chevrolet dealership. The level of customer service I received was amazing. Eric was incredibly helpful from start to finish — he really listened to what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and genuinely tried his best to help me find the right fit without any pressure. Eric and his manager, Bobby, truly went above and beyond. They even arranged for the exact car I wanted to be brought in from one of their sister locations so I could test drive it, which meant a lot to me. That kind of effort and care says a lot about their team. Overall, the staff was professional, patient, and honest, and I felt respected throughout the entire process.
