"Raphael has a lot of knowledge, and he is very good at what he does. I would like to give 5 stars because he did what he was supposed to do and solved my problem, but I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with them, and it brought me much stress. If they improved communication with customers, I would definitely recommend it to people. Anyways, at the end, they did their job well."
