As soon as I went into the service department James has awesome customer service Bob who's taking care of my car great personality Carlos who drove me to Hertz car rental he's a nice guy The service I have for my car is the transmission sensor that Bob detected since I have premium coverage I didn't have to worry about anything else with the waiting time was pretty long but I didn't mind at least they have coffee the waiting area was pretty good & clean

This Service Dept is BY FAR THE BEST!! Service Coordinator Don Raymond has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure I was taken care of in a timely and reasonable manor. He has excellent communication skills and always seems to have my best interests in mind. This guy knows what he’s doing! He has offered complimentary services that I didn’t even know existed in the dealer service industry. I will continue to have my two Ford’s serviced at Sun State Ford. Thank you again Don and Team!
