"Update: I spoke with Omar in person and he explained the situation and made sure everything was made right. I appreciate that he took the time to resolve the issue and follow through. I bought a car from them and when I got the car I told them I would need them to ship my title over to me because I am not going to be in state, they agreed to do that and send it to me in a week or 2. It’s now about to be 2 months since I’ve been calling them about the title. At first they said they shipped it out but I never got it now every time I call them they send me straight to voicemail and are ignoring my calls."
