"Honest Review: I had been looking for an Infiniti QX80 for almost a year. I struggled with making such a big purchase and was nervous about the payments. When I first met Warren in Sanford, he was amazing — very knowledgeable, with no pressure at all — but I didn’t buy that day. 3-4 months later, I saw my car at Orlando Infiniti in Millenia: low miles, great price, and I knew it was the one. I texted Warren, and of course, he was ready to assist right away. The finance team worked with me, and we came to an agreement that made me comfortable. When I came in two days later, everything was ready for me to sign. I didn’t have to wait the usual 2–3 hours. The process was super fast, and the service was amazing. I noticed a small imperfection on the vehicle, and they took care of it with no questions asked. This dealership went above and beyond my expectations, and my experience was truly amazing.
