She communicated efficiently via email with my loan officer and made the process very smooth for me. "I walked on the lot frustrated after weeks of car shopping from dealer to dealer. Jose greeted me immediately, and after listening to my requirements he showed me 3-4 cars that would fit my budget. He and Victor worked together to get my financing approved quickly. And even though I walked on the lot 30 minutes before closing they both were patient and polite. All of the guys working that evening were friendly and helpful. I chose Orlando Auto Mall based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. I definitely would recommend. No hard sales, just friendly and helpful."

"Super friendly, I arrived before my scheduled apt , genesis was super helpful and knowledgeable. And Michelle was great and really sweet and they helped me buy in my budget and I asked soooo many question plus if you like dogs I got to play with a friendly golden retriever overall a great car being experience"
