Hello everyone! I had an amazing experience with Greenway Kia. My salesman Tony Hamdan is such an amazing guy. He truly loves what he does and made sure that I had an amazing first time car buying experience. I told him my budget and the idea I had for a vehicle and he really went out his way to help me find the perfect car. I'm so happy and excited to have bought my first car from Greenway Kia. I don’t even know where to begin. This is my first ever time I’m getting declined by other places trying to get a new car because I’m new and don’t have a record of doing something big like this. First-time buyer by the way. Greenway Kia West gave me a chance. Shoutout to TONY HAMDAN! A great salesman! Whom goes above and beyond Whom I recommend asking for! Especially for first time buyers. When ATHENA said “you’re in great hands” she truly meant it. He is very professional and passionate and does not pressure you I thank him for having patience with me cause I was very anxious and nervous but TONY did great and proved I can trust him. I will forever be grateful for what GOD, and TONY have done and has done to get me in my beautiful God-given car that I prayed for and TONY fought hard for it! THE ONLY ISSUE is I was given a deal and I’m being charged more than what they said the deal was that I approved of and still have not gotten an explanation from the FINANCIAL man MAHER MEHJAZI. I was told he’d be reaching out to me to explain why it’s more than what the deal was and was never reached out to. Other than that, he was helpful to even get me accepted. It kinda does rip you out of your money especially knowing I’m a Woman going by herself although I wasn’t alone because I had the Lord with me by my side. But anyhow, I was told after 6 months I’m able to refinance. And hopefully, they fix this issue now and actually keep their promise and also charge me for what the deal was, not more. Shout to JESUS HIMSELF, our LORD and SAVIOR! The one who gets ALL THE GLORY AND CREDIT, AMEN! Prayer works! Don’t stop praying! Keep praying; your blessing is on its way. Lay it at the foot of Jesus and know he is there and near. He has and already did what he promised that you asked for. Look at my Miracle for example. Although there is a financial issue, I believe the Lord is going to fix this. And Kia will fix it back to the deal that was made. If not, I’ll fix my review. Always remember you’re never alone; the Lord is always with you. But thank you once again! UPDATE 11-4-25 issue was resolved at great timing and everything was well explained very happy and satisfied client!

Yesterday my partner was contacted by Henrique, and it could not have come at a better time. We were about ready to give up on getting a new car after two awful dealership experiences. At Kia of Clermont, we were met with arrogance and zero transparency. The manager could not be bothered to stand up from behind his desk, smirking as if he was doing us a favor, and refusing to explain the numbers behind an outrageous payment. Then came City Kia of Central Florida, which looked promising over text until they pulled the classic bait and switch, increasing the payment by more than $100 when we arrived. Follow-up questions were ignored completely. So when Greenway Kia West reached out to us, we were skeptical. But Henrique’s communication was short, sweet, and direct with no fluff or gimmicks. He told us straight up, “You have a deal. When can you be here?” When we arrived, Yassine took care of us since Henrique was not in. He was not fully briefed on the details, but he handled everything professionally and respectfully. He reviewed the car with us, confirmed the numbers, and, with his manager’s help, made the final offer work with no games and no hassle. The process was smooth, honest, and refreshingly fast (it is a dealership, so some time is expected). After everything we had been through, this experience was a breath of fresh air. Greenway Kia West was transparent and demonstrated true integrity from start to finish. If you are upfront and realistic, they will absolutely meet you with the same honesty.
