My sales queen, Angelica, is exactly what every dealership should set as the standard. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. From start to finish, she was kind, energetic, and truly a pleasure to work with. What stood out the most was her honesty and transparency something I had not experienced in recent encounters with other dealerships. She honored every agreement, kept me informed, and made the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, her energy and positivity made the entire experience fun I was actually laughing and enjoying myself while buying a car, which says a lot! Even better, the entire deal took less than an hour and a half the fastest buying experience I’ve ever had! That gave even more value to my time and showed how efficient and respectful the team was throughout the process. The financing manager was also excellent very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and instead offered helpful advice about add-ons that made sense for living in Florida. It was refreshing to deal with someone who focused on what was truly beneficial rather than overwhelming me with unnecessary extras. Our salesperson, Marcus Miranda, was fantastic to work with. From the start, he was professional and direct. When we requested numbers, he sent over a fully itemized, out-the-door price sheet without hesitation, which we really appreciated. He listened to our needs, and when it came down to the final numbers, he was very fair and flexible to make the deal happen. There were no high-pressure tactics or games at any point. He even offered to send a personal video of the car before our visit, which really stood out.
