"I went to Brickell Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram on 01-10-2025 and was serviced by Dalexa Lopez. Before I begin sharing about my experience, allow me to preface this by saying IMMEDIATELY ASK FOR DALEXA. With that said, from the moment I called to the moment I arrived, my family and I received First Class service from Ms. Lopez. I was in the market for purchasing a quality used first time vehicle for my daughter who just graduated from high school and would be attending a local college here in South Florida. After weeks of shady dealerships, and unmeasured promises we finally found this dealership, Ms. Lopez, and everything lined up perfectly. Not only was our total time there short, but there were no games outside the normal dealership negotiations which is to be expected. Ms. Lopez was swift, assertive, compassionate, and even bought my daughter a little Hello Kitty keychain for her first car. While I am not in the market for a personal vehicle, when my time comes, I will 100% be reaching out to Ms. Lopez simply because of this unmatched customer service experience. "Came by to return my lease. had my 2021 jeep wrangler rubicon for exactly 4 years and 2 months. Juan B, a customer experience manager, helped me get all the paperwork done and i was on my way. Great energy and also a really nice dealership. wasn’t in the market for another car right now but I’d definitely come back to them when i am!"
