"The experience started on Memorial Day 5/26. I placed a call to Braman BMW Miami around 9:15am. I was transferred to Jean Lopez the Sales Agent. The call was short and sweet as I described what I was looking for in terms of make, model, year, and of course monthly lease payment. Mr. Lopez listened carefully, asked few clarifying questions, and said give me 15 min and I’ll call you back. Within 15 minutes I received a return call from Jean laying out what inventory was available that fit my requirements, with a payment plan that aligned to my budget. Within 90 minutes I was greeted by Jean at the dealership with my dream car ready for inspection and a walk through. We then went into the dealership and provided additional information…and 2 hrs later we drove away in a beautiful 4 series BMW. Jean’s approach to my request, attention to detail and presentation is exactly why I bought from Braman BMW. It’s people like Jean that are the face to the dealership and the customer experience does matter! Here's takeaways for anyone looking for a BMW: The customer service at Braman is second to none. Jean made all the difference, and the dealership presented itself as an ‘Enterprise Conglomerate’ specializing in high end vehicles. The facility is nothing like I’ve ever seen before. It’s literally a full block in size, clean, well-organized, multiple floors chocked with inventory, lots of Sales & Finance Agents standing by to get you in and out in record time. Access to the facility with under roof parking and delivery was pretty awesome…and did I mention there is also a Bugatti on exhibition within the facility. Bottom line if you’re looking for a great car buying experience go to Braman and ask for Jean Lopez!"
