"Went into Auto Club Of Miami cause we found a Toyota Rav4 Listed on Facebook Marketplace. When we got there we were greeted on the spot and Alvaro took care of the rest. Rule Number 1 always bring a mechanic to inspect the car! (I`m a Diesel/Automotive Tech) When I looked over the car it was very clean and well maintained. Nothing that could catch my eye to even bring the price down. I even got down and checked for oil leaks, all suspensions components (shocks, struts, control arms, tie rods, inspected the frame, the sway bars) everything looked good! Couldn`t even find rust on the bottom of the car! Interior was immaculate well taken care off. We went for a test drive and the engine was healthy, upon start up had no internal noise that could be heard at all. Even the transmission shifted like butter, properly shifting gears up and down with no long shifts, and no bucking. My mother in law was very happy with the car so we started the paper work process. Alvaro presented us with the Carfax before even moving forward with purchase to ensure it was maintained and that it was not in any accidents. (Much work was done before and even when obtained by Auto Club of Miami. ) We had to have the plates ASAP cause we were moving her to NC by the end of the week, the next day they called and told us the plates were ready to be picked up. Then to top it all off! We drove the car in a convoy and it made the trip with no hesitations all the way up to NC. All the negative review is because people don't know how to look up recalls on cars (Julien didn`t do his research those Hyundai`s have motor recalls) or even know how to look at vehicles! Again Always bring a mechanic when going to look! This was a very smooth process, my mother in law, wife and I are very happy with our experience."
