"Allow me to share my recent experience with Tropical Chevrolet, first and foremost I stepped out in faith and I’m glad I did. Let’s start with the initial call I received from Karinna! She was very kind, honest transparent and above all herself. She wasn’t pushy or over bearing in anyway. She was genuinely concerned about making sure I get the best service possible. From there upon arriving to the dealership on April 5, 2025 everything continued to go up. I must say though I was a little reluctant at first for personal reason obviously but, I am glad I did! Once I arrived to the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Johnathan Escovar, who made me feel extremely welcome. His words were genuine and meaningful, he stated to me these words “ is anyone giving you great customer service this afternoon”. I explained to him my reasons for which I came and he followed proper channels and began providing me with the best customer service I have ever experienced during a car buying process. He made me feel like a person and not just a number needed to make quota. He made the process smooth and easy. I would also like to thank Ron, Alain, Kenny and Diego. These individuals although working in the background and behind these scenes helped make my purchase possible. I truly thank God for allowing my paths to cross with all these great people ( Karinna, Johnathan, Ron, Alain, Kenny and Diego). Thank you for treating me like an individual and allowing God to use you all in a profound and special way.
