"I found a nice VW Jetta online at FTL Auto Sales on a Tuesday and called Rick to discuss the vehicle and a possible purchase. Based mostly on the good reviews, i put down a small down payment and flew down to FLL on Friday. The car was as the photos and Rick had described it. I bought two new tires down rhe street whole Rick finished the paperwork, and I was out of there in about three hours. I drove back home 600 miles on a just purchased 13 year old used car on a trip that was pleasant and uneventful. I've driven the Jetta for over a month ago and it's been a wonderful car. "Leo and Rick were a pleasure to work with throughout the experience. I never felt pressured to buy, and they genuinely wanted a happy customer. There was no sticker shock when they presented the out-the-door price like I've experienced at chain dealerships that add over $5000 in various fees. They were accommodating when I asked to have a mechanic inspect the vehicle, and they had everything ready for me when I flew in from out of state for a test drive and to complete the purchase.
