Since my husband’s diagnosis of ALS we have had to deal with so many different people to help us with our benefits. Some nice and some not so nice. We really sensed a calmness and confidence in Paul’s knowledge on this process of getting our van. He followed up with us every step in the process. We are overjoyed with the ability to be able to travel in a beautiful, perfectly modified Toyota Sienna. Not only does the van help us but it also looks great too. After shopping around for a wheelchair accessible van, I made a purchase on this beautiful 2021 Toyota Sienna XLE with a Braunabilty power ramp conversion. All the reviews are true about this location. Paul Bankovich is the most professional, knowledgeable and kind person in his line of business. He treats you like part of the family. The inventory is super clean and prices are much better than his competitors. Make it a point to visit Paul and his team in Largo first if you are looking for anything mobility related. We plan on purchasing a Vertical Platform Lift in the near future as well.

From the first call to meeting with our salesperson, Paul, our experience was top notch. Scott & Gary in service helped us fit our Ford Escape with the Bruno interior scooter lift that met our vehicle's specs. It works for our needs. Paul sales man was great! He was very helpful and kind. We found a good used car for my Disable son Jayshua. He even drive the van out to my sons house so it can be tested with him inside the van. 🚐 I am very happy a finally found a weelchair accessible van with great qualities even if it’s used. Paul, I want to thank you to walks the extra mile with your clients to figure out the right package that will cover all the transportation needs of the disabled person, if you are reading this review because you are looking for a place to buy a van and you need a good advisor, look for Paul, he is very kind, and very understanding about mood swings and time problems, he is prompt to rearrange and resolve issues with time, and transportation difficulties, if you are a person looking for a Wheelchair Van you will understand the meaning of my words, having a beloved one with mobility problems it’s hard because the time to help our loved one in the daily activities is not the same to help a regular person, having an impairment delays your day in the capacity to take decisions., it’s never easy to figure out how your day is going to be, there is always something out the place, that you didn’t think on it, and we have to improvise without hurting the feelings of the person that we care for, and when you are making an important buy, it is essential to count with someone like Paul that can save your day, Paul helped me a lot by rearranging times and just by being patient because it’s hard to take decisions when you never had a car for this purpose, so there are angles that as a buyer you don’t see in the vans, but Paul is amazing he is there to show you pros and cons, I wish doctors and doctors’ offices will have people with the half of empathy that Paul has, believe me you can go to see Paul and he will help you to create a wonderful caring package, I believe that we pick up the right van for us including an electric wheelchair that was not in our plans to get, so if you are having a transportation issue go to visit Paul at Mobility Works in Largo and you will have an excellent advisor.
