I’m a Mini fanatic. We bought a 2023 Countryman today at Tom Bush. Gotta say. Sean Galvin, our salesperson, was AMAZING. Very personable. Very knowledgable. No pressure. Knew when to not say anything when we were dealing with the finance guy (😂). We would visit this dealership again just to work with Sean. He’s highly recommended by us! One additional note. It did feel like the Finance Mgr Dan felt that women were inherently stupid. He thought he needed to explain the difference between simple interest and compound interest to me. In addition to other things. The tone of the conversation also; fairly condescending. I’m a finance major with a masters in Business, retired as an executive from the worlds largest oil company. The more I thought about that experience, the more it bothered me. But please don’t let that take away from the experience with Sean. Sean was AMAZING and respectful.

Exceptional buying experience of an exceptional car. I am very happy with our second mini. The attention and care that Brandon gave us in the purchase process was excellent. He respected my time and got me in and out as quickly as possible with our new car. In fact, After the deal was done, he said that he would make sure that it was detailed properly and filled with fuel, and then he would deliver it to Our home… which he did. He even spent 30 minutes, helping me understand the technology. Highly recommended. Our first mini was absolutely wonderful. It was a great car in the same model, the convertible S. We are very excited for this next mini chapter and thankful for Tom Bush for making it easy and fun to purchase and own.
