I had full anxiety from all the bad experiences of purchasing cars throughout the years with both private and dealers and they change all of that. From day one they were patient and understanding. I didn’t feel pressured, Neide reassured me that they would do the best they could to make sure I was happy and I AM. The car had new tires, fresh wash(Levi even left one location to come and wash it again days after the initial wash), detailed inside and out, no mechanical codes and the moment the car did get a message Neide had it taken care of almost Instantly!!! "Prime Pick Motors stands behind their cars! Neide was extremely helpful when there was a problem with the car I originally purchased had a mechanical issue. They picked up the car took it to a mechanic and brought it back. The problem was not completely solved so Neide offered me another vehicle that was priced higher than the one I purchased and brought the price down so I could afford it. Levi ordered a trim piece that was missing and put it on for me. They are both amazing people ! I would highly recommend them"
