"This auto purchase was terrific. I contacted Maserati Jacksonville via their web-site to ask about a used car on their lot. A gentleman named Myles promptly responded to me and described in more detail the vehicle and condition. Only a year old and still under Mercedes warranty. We had a short conference call with Myles and the Sales Manager, Juan – they described the process including document execution and provisions for shipping the car to me. We proceeded to complete the sale and the next day they loaded the car for transport – got it the next day!! I could not be more pleased. "Maserati Jacksonville has it right!!!. I had a great experience with the service I received from this dealership. .My service technician took great care of me, I arrived early, before opening; he took time to get me settled in with water and a good cup of coffee. Prior to arrival, I was offered a courtesy ride if needed and they verified the service that I would be receiving along with recommendations. The service was topnotch. All of the staff was pleasant and communicative. The staff here makes you feel like family. My car was courtesy washed too.. I can’t wait to visit again. Thanks, Maserati, Job Well Done!!!"
