Great experience. Inherited a 73 Corvette that needed quite a bit of work, had it towed to the shop since it wasn't drivable and was able to drive it out back home. The car had a lot of original 50yr old parts along with a mix of repairs along the years, but the car needed a lot of TLC. Chad was our head tech and brought the car back to running and driving like new. Chelsea kept me updated regularly and I was well informed along the way, communications were super easy and efficient. I purchased a 1983 Camaro Z28 with just over 38k miles on the clock. It had been sitting in a collection since 2013.and had been driven 2800 miles since 2005 so I knew it needed a tune up at the very least. When I took it to get the 42 year old exhaust replaced I asked who could work on the carbureted V8 and they recommended I take it to Jax Speed Shop. I called and spoke to Chelsea and she could not have been any nicer. She gave me a brief rundown on their business model and I scheduled an appointment to drop off the Z28. Once I dropped it off (after Chelsea gave my wife and I a complete tour of the shop) they did a comprehensive quality assessment and kept me updated with what the car needed to get it running smooth. I have been using JAX Speed Shop since I moved to Florida 2 years ago to maintain my C2 Corvette Roadster. The shop has top notch customer service and mechanics and do quality work. I have never had to being the car back for rework. They have the expertise to restore a classic car from the frame up to routine maintenance. Chelsea manages the customer relations and keeps me up to date on the service of my car.
