"Thank goodness for CarMax! The high pressure sales and pressure tactics of typical car dealerships are nonexistent here. I did my homework online, looking at various cars and price points all around Jacksonville but I knew I would come here to buy. I like that their processing fee is super reasonable and right up front. No ridiculous surprise add on fees at the end. Rob, my salesman was super helpful and patient. I test drove three cars, without a salesperson tagging along, and came back the next morning for one more drive before completing my purchase. I paid cash for the car so I don’t have any experience with the ‘dreaded’ finance office. This is my fourth CarMax purchase over the past 20 years and I highly recommend them. I can leave with a new car and a big smile instead of feeling stressed out and frazzled. This is the way car buying should be."

They do not start out with trying to rip you off first and then, if you play their game, you might get a better price several days later I love the CarMax way to buy a nice car. This one I bought for my daughter and making her happy and knowing she is getting a great, dependable car is a very nice feeling. "I can’t say enough about how great the staff is at the Atlantic Blvd. location in Jacksonville. We showed up at 6:30 PM on a Saturday and once we had selected a car for our son, they stayed well past closing to get us taken care of. Joey was our salesman and he made the experience as pain free as possible. I’m not a huge fan of purchasing cars, it’s somewhere between the dentist and raking leaves, but the Carmax staff made the process hassle free. What a great team."
