"4 hours in to my 21 hour car ride home and my GTI's front driver side starts making a concerning noise. We googled the closest VW dealership and found this place. After a quick phone call asking if they had any time we headed over and they immediately took my car in and Matt immediately looked it over. Kristan was so hospitable while we waited to find out if we were going to be able to continue our journey home that night. Luckily, it turned out to be an easy fix and we were back on the road in no time. I will say though, that once we we got the keys and I went out to retrieve my car... I had a hard time finding it in the lot, because these guys even washed the 3 weeks of SW Florida dirt and sand off before they returned it to me. Incredible. Thank you so much Kristan and Matt. Your service was impeccable."
