"From the moment we arrived, our experience was truly great. My husband started the day looking at a specific car, but after the test drive, he just wasn’t in love with it. One of the reps then let us know about three other cars on the lot, including one that hadn’t even been pulled to the front yet. After an awesome test drive, my husband knew this is what we were looking for. The team immediately began the paperwork, but not once did we feel pressured or rushed. Diane was amazing from beginning to end. Even though I arrived in the evening, she went above and beyond. She even offered to buy us dinner while we waited for the finance manager. That gesture alone showed how much she truly cares about her customers. Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding, especially with us having two little kids with us (ikykyk). The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership to friends and family!"

He was super friendly, answered every question without rushing us, and really took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. "My boyfriend and I spent all of our Saturday bouncing around from dealership to dealership looking for a place to assist me with a trade in. There was some negative equity attached to my car, so it was a pain to find a place that could and would assist me. Every dealership we visited prior to Honda, was no help and extremely naggy and pushy. We browsed for a bit at Honda and we were then approached by Stephen, he was extremely nice, helpful and personable. He didn’t make us feel smothered or uncomfortable. He gave us his card and told us to contact him if we had any questions. We went to a couple other dealerships, were unimpressed and immediately decided to go back to see Stephen. He was helping another client, so he introduced us to Brenna. We looked at a few vehicles that could work with my trade and negative equity, that unfortunately did not work. I was a bit deflated and we called it a night. A couple of hours later (when the dealership was basically closed), Brenna texted me and let me know that she found one last vehicle that she thinks would really work and wanted us to come back in. We went back up to the dealership on Monday, and with all of the work her and the team put in, I got approved for the trade, and got it for a great rate and within my budget. I am now the proud new owner of a 2025 Toyota Rav4, basically brand new with only 6,000 miles on it! I am EXTREMELY grateful for Stephen and Brenna and the finance team at Honda of Gainesville. 10/10 recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle! Thanks Y’all!"
