"This is my second vehicle purchase from CARMAX in the last year. Both times have been an exceptional experience. July 2024, I quickly found my first vehicle located out of state and it was promptly shipped to the Gainesville, FL location. My most recent purchase, July 2025, was already on the lot and the process of completing all the paperwork was again, quick and efficient. Each and every associate I came into contact with, whether it was on the phone, or my sales associate, service technicians, business office or the Location Manager, were always professional, pleasant and had answers to any questions I may have had. They have kept me updated with any additional information even after the sale was completed. There was an initial hiccup on the second vehicle, but the Gainesville Location Manager stepped up and solved the minor problem and everything went smoothly and quickly. Many thanks to Mikie Evans, Scott Powers, Jason and Hector and all the staff for continuing to make car buying a pleasure rather than what some dealerships turn it into - a nightmare. I will whole heartedly recommend CARMAX in Gainesville to any that are looking for a well inspected, clean and reliable new or used car. The experience is well worth the time. I will probably be seeing them again in a year or so."

"Had a great experience at CarMax. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the gentleman that helped us seemed relatively new to the job so it took a lot longer than I feel it should have. With that said, he did a great job getting us the car we wanted and handling our trade."
