"This is by far the best BMW dealership in north Florida! Outstanding employees here- AJ and Dabari! AJ is a wealth of knowledge with an agreeable personality, positive attitude and extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable on the various BMW models and familiar with options, features, color schemes, etc. If she did not have an answer to our question, she researched it and responded quickly. Dabari was incredibly helpful! He was very knowledgeable on BMW rebates, discounts and financing options. In contrast to other dealerships in the area, Gainesville BMW provided a refreshing and positive experience. If you are seeking a new vehicle, Gainesville BMW is an excellent choice that will not disappoint. One more comment for AJ- While Dabari was helping us, AJ assisted another customer. I have to give her high praise for the way she handled this gentleman. He was argumentative and a little confrontational. He countered every answer that AJ provided. He made things a little tense by his tone and volume but AJ met that with a polite grace and courtesy that seemed to alleviate his emotions. Bravo AJ! Excellent job in defusing this rude and antagonistic individual. Contact AJ and Dabari for your next BMW!"

"I had a great experience buying a vehicle from the BMW dealership in Gainesville. I texted back and forth with Tyler for a 3 month period and his response was always quick and never pushy. Tyler, explained all the high tech that these vehicle have on the day of purchase, worked with me through possible incentives to include the current 1.9 APR for 2025 vehicles. Has called me a couple of times with helpful inputs and to offer help if I need it. Absolutely will do my service there and will buy future cars through them. Car buying should not be stressful as other places make it look."

"Outstanding CPO purchase experience! From the start AJ Trainer was the best salesperson ever. All details were done over the phone, text, and email. Dabari (GSM) and Jose in Service provided prompt assistance with a question about tires. Very impressed with the entire operation and all the employees I had contact with. Only trip to the dealership (3+ hours away) was to pick up the X5 in pristine condition which exceeded my expectations. Well worth the drive!! Many thanks to AJ and her support team for making the whole experience great!"
