"Ali and Aria were so lovely, and the car we got is great! I came into town from Tallahassee, and honestly, I had a car on my mind at a different dealership. When I heard the dealer fee at the other place was over $1k (which seemed outrageous), I went to the next closest place, which happened to be Auto Plaza of Gainesville. Ali was immediately so kind to us (being young women, it can be daunting to take on car-buying alone), and all the cars on the lot seemed well taken care of and had low or reasonable mileage. The were all Japanese and South Korea cars, also, which was nice, since those have great reputations for reliability. We ended up with a really well kept 1-owner 2010 Toyota Corolla with about 80k miles for a great price, especially with one of the lowest dealer fees I've ever encountered. They had just gotten the car on the lot, which they notified us about, and the tires looked like they were still in great shape (still good tread and no cracks or signs of rot). On the way home, it seemed a couple of them may have been sitting for a bit with the previous owner, as they had issues on the highway despite looking undamaged. I knew we were buying as-is, but I emailed Auto Plaza anyways about the situation. Aria immediately apologized and offered to have the tires replaced for us. So kind and beyond the typical customer service levels of used car dealerships. Overall, great experience, great car, and great price! Thanks so much Ali and Aria!"
