The best surprise was having my car presented in a fancy clean garage bay with literally the red carpet rolled out. I took one test drive and loved it even more! The notary lady had all the ppwk done In advance and was very knowledgeable About the process. We were done in about 1 hour. The whole staff was pleasant from the gift shop lady to the service tech. Everyone was happy we were there and made sure we were comfortable and noticed. After the purchase Thomas went through all the specs of the car to make Sure I knew what all the buttons did 😁. Honestly the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would highly recommend!
