I dealt with Christian Ruiz in the service department. My situation was a recall as well as another issue. Christian got me a loaner and took care of both issues. He contacted my extended warranty quickly and understood my situation. Super impressed by his efforts as well as friendly attitude. I also dealt with Hayley in the service check in area and she’s a star! Friendly and efficient! All in all a five star review!

To tell my story briefly, I was very satisfied with my car’s service, an extremely impressed with the entire customer experience at Ferrari-Maserati-Alfa Romeo of Ft. Lauderdalezz and what an experience that was… Michael was super-attentive as my service manager, but I came to learn the culture of making customers and even casual visitors feel welcomed and heard ran throughout the Fort Lauderdale Ferrari-Maserati-Alfa Romeo organization. My service came with the complimentary use of loaner car, and that loaner was actually a newer model of my car. Returning a little early, I found myself waiting for my car’s service to be finished. As I was waiting, I met an out-of-town visitor and his son, simply walking through to see the amazing cars on the showroom floor. Drawn to a Bugatti Chiron, they were left by themselves to wander between the amazing collection, and even greeted in the most genuinely friendly fashion by a young lady working in the showroom. To top it off, that same young lady later pointed out that food was available at the counter inside the dealership, recommending the avocado toast. Later, following her recommendation (she was spot-on: it was delicious), I learned that the food service was complimentary. All in all, my experience was amazing, and I recommend highly Ferrari of Ft. Lauderdale, Maserati of Ft.Lauderdale and Alfa Romeo of Ft Lauderdale. My photos cannot really convey the amazing surrounding and atmosphere.

This time, I want to talk about Joe Esquerra. His customer support is absolutely outstanding! I had a few issues with the 488, and he took care of everything like no one else has before. He picked up the car, handled everything quickly and professionally, and dropped it off when it was done — all in no time. Truly top-notch service! Thank you Joe !!

I had a great and wonderful time at Ferrari/Maserati of FTL. Chris Carpani was a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales rep and showed me numerous car options. He took his time and sat down and went over the features of each vehicle and even gave me tips on which SUV was the best buy. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from this place, and I’m very happy with my choice. Also, the financer Christina was excellent and makes the whole financing process super easy and enjoyable. I will definitely return to this dealer for my next vehicle. What a great experience.
