"Although they didn't have a mechanic available on a Saturday that could determine what was wrong with my Hybrid Mini (after towing it to the service department), the Service Rep (John) was extremely cordial and understanding of my situation, secured a loaner for me and did everything possible to get my car fixed in 3 days.
