Honestly this place has the best customer service in the service area. My advisor is Nestor, he kindly explained everything to me with patience and made everything clear. Complementary coffee and snacks is great and the facility is very clean. Kia of Hollywood should really consider sending their staffs here for training. I will be continuing to visit here for my 2016 kia sorento. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s interested in buying a car as well, Kyle or Jerry are both super great and knowledgeable about their inventory.
