"So recently I had an issue with my Tesla and had to take it to the Fort Lauderdale Tesla dealership. I had water damage in my headlight that ended up affecting the 12-volt battery and putting the car into a lockout mode where I couldn’t even drive. In this economy, with how expensive everything is and all the curveballs life throws, that was the last thing I needed. I was honestly blessed to have AJ as my service advisor. He took care of everything from start to finish. He knew I couldn’t replace the headlight on short notice, so instead of just telling me there was nothing they could do, he went out of his way to get my car out of lockout mode and back on the road so I could still get to work. Kaleb and Brandon were just as helpful. Their communication was top tier from open to close. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel like I was just another repair order. I’m genuinely grateful for the whole team because they were helpful the entire way through. They weren’t just there to collect money like most dealerships nowadays. They were actually there to help. After that experience, I don’t think I’ll ever look at any other dealership the same when it comes to customer service. Tesla Fort Lauderdale is truly on another level. And honestly, AJ deserves a promotion to head service advisor if he isn’t already. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help went above and beyond."
