"If you don't want to deal with the fluff/fake convos, appreciate straightforward communication, and honesty, ask for Devon. No pushing you to buy the most expensive option, no back and fourth haggling. If every dealership's employees operated the way Devon handled our buying process, car buying would be a stress free, straightforward process. I almost left the dealer immediately due to the first interaction we had with a salesman.. Luckily we didn't and Devon made buying the car easy. One thing to note, I am not ostentatious. I dress very casual. When we arrived a chubbier salesman was near the front door. He greeted us then quickly passed us off to Devon. It was a bit obvious to my fiancee and me, from the side eye contact and the smirk he gave when he thought I was turning away from him, that he was making assumptions based on our modest appearance. It made me want to buy two cars instead of one from Devon as a nice little pat on the back to that guy. Luckily we stayed, and had a very pleasant experience with Devon. Even the finance manager, Mo, was very friendly and personable. He helped me setup what I needed to and explained all of the available add-ons from maintenance to protection packages. Overall it was a solid experience. Ask for Devon, it will be a straightforward, and hospitable process."
