We purchased our 2022 GLE 53 AMG in September 2024, and from day one, the entire experience has been amazing. A huge thank you to Jeff Lyall for making the purchase process smooth, friendly, and stress-free, and to Diaego Guevara in the service department for being so thorough and dedicated. He took the time to find the issue, explained how the warranty covered the transfer case, and made sure we were fully taken care of — even providing transportation while our vehicle was serviced. Their communication, honesty, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind. It’s rare to find a dealership that makes you feel truly valued, but this team did just that. Frank Joseph and Esteban really took care of me. During the negotiation process, we met in the middle where both parties can walk away on good terms. As Esteban says "if you are flexible, then we are flexible". I drove 3 hours and got there after closing, and they were still willing to provide great service. The car was clean as he stated (everything was done remotely before I came to see the car) The finance process was smooth and all terms were explained clearly. No hassle. I had my schedule A service done here and my Advisor Alan Morash was patient and thorough and answered all my questions. The report I received with my maintenance was a nice surprise - 8 years at my last dealership I never seen one. They were really busy, so it took a little longer than I would have liked. However, I was given the option to stay and not drop my car off. Alan checked in with me routinely. Scheduling was done by text, super easy, and great communication! Overall it was a good experience.
