Overall really good experience from top to bottom. Austin helped me choose a vehicle that checked all the boxes. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. After choosing a vehicle, he handed me over to Alex to finish up the sale. Alex did a great job walking me through buying options and he helped me decide on financing vs leasing. He explained both options and patiently ran the numbers. We were signing papers past closing time and I never felt rushed or pushed. Austin even helped me set up the tech in my car. I am new to the VW family and now have my first NEW car, a 2025 Atlas!
